Our staff includes two licensed architects, two licensed general contractors and a HazMat professional, all of whom have formal industry education and specialty certifications such as the OHSA 30-Hour and Contractor Quality Control (CQC). We are experienced in monitoring scope of services, schedule planning and management, budgetary reconciliation, LEED and State Architect’s High Performance Certification Program compliance, estimation validation services, safe construction sites and the many other related services that it takes be an effective owner’s representative.
