Paul founded Wember in 2003 and has gone on to establish the company as a leader in Owner Representation services, earning repeat assignments from several clients. Paul is a licensed Colorado architect and holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies. He is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional™ and has his Contractor Quality Management (CQM) Certification.

With over twenty years project management experience in all aspects of renovation, additions, and new building projects, Quentin delivers projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with the design and owner requirements. He has advanced knowledge of on public/institutional programs, education facilities, and private corporate and development projects. He holds a Master of Science in Construction Management and spent his undergraduate years studying business law and political science. He is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate and holds an OSHA 30-hour Certification.

Dan has over twenty-seven years of civic, educational, and commercial project management experience. Through his hands-on approach, Dan has established a reputation for his personable leadership and team management skills. He is a licensed general contractor and has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management degree from Colorado State University. He holds an OSHA 30-hour Certification, is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate, and an American Society for Healthcare Engineering, Healthcare Construction Certification.

Conor’s insight helps owners responsibly manage the many decisions they face, devising a plan of action to keep team members moving in the right direction. He holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering Management. and has HazMat training with an Air Monitoring Specialist Certification for Asbestos from the Colorado Department of Public Health Environment. He is also a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate.

Catherine is a licensed architect who, prior to becoming an owner’s representative, was employed by several Denver area architecture firms. She has a propensity for multitasking, organization and coordination, all of which are essential to thoughtful program management. She is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional and holds a certification from the 10-hour OSHA program.

Tom is a licensed architect in both Wyoming and Idaho, who has had the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects including healthcare, commercial, educational, and historic preservation.  Tom is creative and detail-oriented with natural leadership skills. He is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate and holds Contractor Quality Management (CQM) and Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA) program certifications. Tom also serves on the state of Wyoming’s School Facilities Commission.

Ashley Trunnell

Ashley is a licensed architect in the state of Colorado who, prior to joining Wember, worked on design production, planning, and project management (feasibility through construction) at architecture firms located in Colorado and Kansas. She has been a design team member on AIA award-winning work, including a public library project that was awarded an AIA / ALA Library Building Award in 2016. Ashley is providing project management support related to budgets, scheduling, meetings, and project team coordination for the District 49 school facilities projects, an $83.5 million program.

Stacy Phillips

Having worked for two general contractors prior to joining Wember, Stacy has extensive project management experience related to budgets, team and meetings coordination, and information documentation. She is proficient in issuing contracts, processing change orders, and following through on outstanding issues that impact a project’s quality. Stacy has completed the Contractor Quality Management certification program and is providing support on several projects, including the Greeley City Center.

As Director of Business Development, Erin leads Wember’s B2B and B2C development efforts representing the firm at industry events, seeking out business leads and enhancing client relations. Erin serves as Co-Chair of the Developing Leaders, Chair of the Mentor/Mentee program and is an active member of the Legislative Affairs committee for the Colorado Chapter of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). She is also the Director of Programs for the Denver Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
